How to Use MBOX Migrator ?
Follow the Steps to Understand the MBOX Converter Software
STEP 1
Download, install, and run the MBOX Migrator, and click on the Next button.
Click on the Select Folders or Select Files options to browse the MBOX folders/files.
This Select Folder option allows you to select multiple MBOX files at once. Browse the MBOX folder. In case of batch migration, select the root folder containing all the user mailbox MBOX file folders.
Reverify source Files or Folders location. Click on the Next button.
Choose all required mailbox folders or items displayed and click on the Next button.
Hit on the Select Saving Option and choose the required saving format from the list.
You will get the three advanced filters Separate PST per MBOX, Split PST, and Change Language option, select the required option according to your needs.
The MBOX migrator selects the desktop location by default, you can change the location as per your choice using the Browse button.
Lastly, click on the Convert button to migrate the complete MBOX files and folders.
After successful migration, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
STEP 11
The selected location automatically will open with the migrated files.
How to Use MBOX Migrator for Mac?
Follow the steps to understand the MBOX Converter Software
STEP 1
Download the MBOX migrator for Mac machines
Two options will appear on the software panel to add the MBOX files.
You can add the MBOX files using the Add Files and Add Folders from your system.
All the folders and subfolders will show on the software panel, select the required data, and click on the Next button.
Click on the Select Saving Option and choose the required saving option from the drop-down. (Like we selected PST as a saving option).
You can apply the required filters like Separate PST per User, and Split PST and select the desired location using Browse button.
If you have chosen and single email format like EML, EMLX, MSG, PDF, etc, then the file naming option will appear to manage your converted data.
Apply the advanced filter option to migrate specific MBOX files via Date Range.
Click on the Export button to migrate your MBOX files.
After successful migration, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and click on the OK button.
If you are using the demo version then a restriction message will pop up and again click the OK button.
And a saving log report will open, that contains the complete information about the MBOX migration.
STEP 13
The selected location will open automatically with the migrated file.
