Follow the steps to understand the working of Google Takeout Converter Software
Extract Google Files using Google Takeout
Download your Data with the help of Google Takeout functionality.
Choose Mail options from the list. From the List of all Google items and Products like Keep, Maps, Mail, Profile, Youtube, Tasks, Searches etc., enable the checkbox only for Mail option.
Choose Archive Download Format, Size and Delivery Method. Google Takeout allows to download archive in various file formats like ZIP, TGZ or TBZ. It also allows to split the large archive files with some size range range like 2GB, 5GB or 10GB as well delivery method to share the download link.
Wait for Preparing Google Takeout Archives.
Open Gmail ID and Click on Download Link.
Now Extract components of Google Takeout file.
Open Mail Folder to Access Google Takeout Mailbox items.
Get Google Takeout Archive File in Standard MBOX format.
Convert Google Takeout Data to Desired Format
Download, install and run the MBOX Migrator, click on next button.
Click on ‘Select Folders’ or ‘Select Files’ option to browse the MBOX folders/files.
This Select Folder option allows you to select mutliple MBOX files at once. Browse the MBOX folder. In case of batch migration, select the root folder containing all the user mailbox MBOX file folders.
Reverify source Files or Folders location. Click on next button.
Choose all required mailbox folders or items displayed and click on Next button.
Here you will get option to select the destination file or email server format. You can select the desired option to migrate the selected users/folders in the previous step. You will get option to enter credentials, file naming options etc according to the destination format you select. In the image below spot number one is the drop down box which will show all the MBOX Migrator migration/backup options and spot number 2 will let you change the destination format in case you are backing up to a file format.
The program let you migrate / convert MBOX Files to various files and email formats which are shown in the below image.
If you are looking for some advance selective MBOX email conversion, the software provides several filters to export MBOX email required by date, time, email address, etc.
Once you select the desired destination, click on Convert button to start the MBOX file Conversion process. Below image shows the MBOX to PST Conversion example.
After the migration/backup completes, the program will pop-up a completion box. All the selected MBOX files will be converted to you selected destination.
