Follow the Steps to Understand the Microsoft 365 Migration Tool to Export Office 365 Emails
STEP 1
Run the Office 365 Migrator tool in your Windows system.
Select the I am Admin option to migrate multiple Office 365 Email accounts in batch mode at once.
Enter Office 365 login details in the interface to fetch data.
Choose the required Office 365 Mailbox folders from the left pane.
Choose the required Saving option from the list of 30+ options.
Apply the advanced filter option by clicking on the Filter Options tab.
Enable the required advanced mode such as the Change Language option.
Browse the location as per your choice using the Change button.
STEP 9
Lastly, click on the Backup button to migrate Office 365 emails.
